Q: What happens when an application is considered?

A: Complete the application that is available online. The application fee is $25.00 per person. The application fee is non-refundable. Once received, a representative from our office will contact you to confirm your application and schedule a time to sign the lease agreement.

Q: How many roomates can I have?

A: Our policy is one person per bedroom. No pets. No exceptions. Example: 5 bedroom unit - 5 people, 4 bedroom unit - 4 people.

Q: How soon do I need to pay rent?

A: The deposits have to be paid when the lease is signed. The lease starts Aug. 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 (11 month lease) or through July 31, 2022 (12 month lease). The first rent payment will be due Aug. 1, 2021, when you move in.

Q: What is the cost comparison to renting a house?

A: This is the best price option.

Q: Can I just rent a room?

A: Tenants will rent the entire unit, not just a room.

Q: How are my roomates determined?

A: Tenant will pick their own roommates.

Q: Who is required to be on the lease agreement?

A: All tenants will be on the lease agreement.

Q: Is a Co-Signer required?

A: Co-Signer is not required.

Q: Who pays utilities?

A: Tenants should budget approximately $50.00 - $60.00 a month per person towards their utilities. Tenant will pay utilities directly to utility company. Contact information and phone numbers will be provided.

Q: What about groundskeeping?

A: Yard service is included at no cost.

Q: Do I need my own kitchen furniture?

A: One dining room table and four chairs are only included in some units.

Q: What other furnished options are available?

A: Only Bedroom furnishing is available.

Q: What is the current availability?

A: If you want a house, please indicate on the application that you want a 5 bedroom house, 4 bedroom house etc. We will not know until the first of April how many houses that will become available. We will give you the opportunity to pick a house based on your location on the waiting lists.

Q: What is the cost comparison to renting a townhouse?

A: The house generally cost a little more than the townhouses.

Q: Who is responsible for the lease and utilities?

A: All house leases are a single lease with all tenants. Tenant will pay their own utilities directly to the utility company
