A: Complete the application that is available online. The application fee is $25.00 per person. The application fee is non-refundable. Once received, a representative from our office will contact you to confirm your application and schedule a time to sign the lease agreement.
A: Our policy is one person per bedroom. No pets. No exceptions. Example: 5 bedroom unit - 5 people, 4 bedroom unit - 4 people.
A: The deposits have to be paid when the lease is signed. The lease starts Aug. 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 (11 month lease) or through July 31, 2024 (12 month lease). The first rent payment will be due Aug. 1, 2023, when you move in.
A: This is the best price option.
A: Tenants will rent the entire unit, not just a room.

A: Tenants should budget approximately $50.00 - $60.00 a month per person towards their utilities. Tenant will pay utilities directly to utility company. Contact information and phone numbers will be provided.

A: If you want a house, please indicate on the application that you want a 5 bedroom house, 4 bedroom house etc. We will not know until the first of April how many houses that will become available. We will give you the opportunity to pick a house based on your location on the waiting lists.
A: The house generally cost a little more than the townhouses.
A: All house leases are a single lease with all tenants. Tenant will pay their own utilities directly to the utility company
